Umbu-Cajá Fruit (Spondias bahiensis)is a delicious, wild, and lesser grown Mombin species, found throughout Brazil. The fruits look a little bit like Ambarella's, ripening to orange, with juicy, sweet flesh that has less acid than the popular Umbu (Spondias tuberosa). Grows to 6 m / 20 ft. Similar care requirements to other, more common Spondias species.
