Stephanopodium blanchetianum Live Plant

Stephanopodium blanchetianum is an evergreen tree with a dense, narrow, more or less pyramidal crown, native to S. America - eastern Brazil. It can grow 10 - 16 metres tall. The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for its timber and for its edible fruit. Fruits can be eaten raw ,it is said to have a very nice taste.
