Eugenia Repanda is an evergreen shrub or tree that can grow up to 5 m tall. The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for local use as a food source and for wood.
The yellow-red, subglobose fruit can be up to 10mm in diameter. The sweet fleshy fruits are normally eaten raw or processed into jam and jelly. It can thrive in dappled shade of woodland and full sun.
