General Information:
Native to the Atlantic Forest.
Classified as an endangered and uncommon species.
Produces a large number of fruits along the trunk.
Ripe fruits continue to grow on the tree.
Despite having minimal pulp, the fruits are pleasant when consumed artificially.
Fruits can be peeled, and the obtained pulp can be used for making ice cream and cake fillings. The flavor is quite similar to Abiu.
