Planting and Care
Rich soil with plenty of compost added. Often grown in widely spaced enriched hills, or in well-aged compost heaps that include some soil. After plants sets fruits, feed twice, at two week intervals, with a water soluble plant food/fertilizer.

Taking the fruit and eating it directly. You can also make juices and drinks with the same. They can be used for pastries and baked goods. The latex obtained from this plant is used medicinally and also makes a good quality rubber.
