Guabiroba Verde Live Plant (Campomanesia sessiliflora)

Guabiroba verde is a semi-deciduous shrub or small tree native to S. America - Paraguay, central and eastern Brazil, It is a small tree or shrub reaching up to 4 m in height, with a tortuous trunk with thin bark and small leaves with bright yellow veins on their abaxial part The edible fruit is greatly appreciated with the plant's native range, where it is often gathered from the wild. It is also sometimes cultivated in home gardens. The fruits are eaten raw it has a  firm, succulent pulp with a sweet flavour.
