Crispy Honey Kumquat, also known as Seedless Honey Crisp Kumquat, is a relatively new and highly sought-after citrus variety known for its sweetness and crisp texture. It is characterized by its oval to round shape, smooth golden yellow to orange-red skin, and sweet, juicy flesh with a mild, non-spicy flavor. Unlike regular kumquats, the Honey Crisp Kumquat has a thin, sweet rind that is entirely edible, making the entire fruit enjoyable.
