General Information: A large evergreen shrub native to Australia. Belongs to the Myrtaceae family
Cedar Bay cherries have a smooth and lustrous external skin with a vivid orange-red color. They are rounded and bulbous in shape.
The fruit contains a pit that resembles a cherry. The flavor of Cedar Bay cherries is mildly sweet, with undertones of berry and grape. The luscious, velvety flesh has a very pleasant, berry or grape-like flavor.
